MyLifeVault is a digital personal organization, document management, information management and convenience platform operated by Vantageflow Technologies Private Limited (“Vantageflow”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
MyLifeVault is intended to help users securely organize, store, manage, access and retrieve information and documents that they choose to place within the platform. The information, features, functionality, content, tools, reminders, classifications, recommendations, calculations, summaries and other services made available through MyLifeVault are provided for general informational, organizational and convenience purposes unless expressly stated otherwise.
MyLifeVault is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, tax, medical, insurance, investment, accounting or other professional advice. Users should independently verify information and, where appropriate, obtain advice from a qualified professional before making decisions that may have legal, financial, medical, tax, insurance or other material consequences.
MyLifeVault may allow you to upload, store, organize, categorize, retrieve and otherwise manage documents and information, including potentially sensitive or confidential personal information — for example, identity documents, government-issued documents, certificates, insurance documents, financial documents, property-related documents, education records, employment-related documents, family-related records, bills and receipts, warranties, contracts and agreements, photographs, notes, account information, reminders and important dates, and other information voluntarily entered or uploaded by you.
You remain responsible for determining: what information you upload or enter; whether you are legally entitled to upload, store or share that information; whether the information is accurate and complete; whether another person's information may be uploaded; whether you have obtained any consent required to upload or share another person's information; and whether maintaining a copy of a document on MyLifeVault satisfies any legal, regulatory, contractual or institutional requirement applicable to you.
Vantageflow does not assume ownership of your documents merely because you upload them to MyLifeVault. The Company's handling of personal data is separately governed by the MyLifeVault Privacy Policy.
MyLifeVault is a storage and organization platform. Uploading, scanning, photographing, importing, categorizing or storing a document through MyLifeVault does not by itself: authenticate the document; certify that the document is genuine; establish ownership of the document; establish legal title; establish the validity or enforceability of the document; constitute notarization, attestation, government verification, certification or registration; constitute legal advice; or guarantee that the document will be accepted by any government authority, court, bank, insurer, employer, educational institution or other organization.
Where the law or a particular institution requires an original document, certified copy, notarized document, digitally signed document, electronic signature, physical submission or other prescribed form, you are responsible for satisfying that requirement.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, MyLifeVault and Vantageflow do not provide:
Information displayed, stored, categorized, summarized or generated through MyLifeVault should not be interpreted as legal advice or as creating an advocate-client relationship.
MyLifeVault does not, merely by displaying or organizing financial information, provide investment, securities, banking, lending, portfolio management or financial advice. Any financial information, calculations, summaries, reminders or insights should be independently verified before being relied upon for financial decisions.
Tax-related information or reminders available through the platform are for general informational and organizational purposes and should not be treated as tax advice. Users should consult an appropriately qualified tax professional where required.
Information relating to insurance policies, premiums, renewal dates, coverage or related documents should not be treated as insurance advice or as a representation that a policy provides particular coverage. The applicable insurance policy and the terms issued by the relevant insurer shall govern.
If the platform permits storage or organization of medical or health-related documents, MyLifeVault does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or medical advice merely by storing, displaying or organizing such information. Users should consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions.
You are responsible for ensuring that information entered, uploaded, imported or otherwise provided by you is accurate, current and complete to the extent reasonably required for your intended use. Vantageflow does not generally independently verify the accuracy, authenticity, completeness, validity, expiry status, ownership or legal effect of user-submitted information.
If you upload an outdated, incomplete, incorrect, forged, altered or otherwise inaccurate document, MyLifeVault's storage or display of that document does not make it accurate, authentic or valid. You should verify important information against the relevant issuing authority, institution, service provider or original source.
MyLifeVault may provide reminders, alerts or notifications relating to dates, documents, renewals, expirations, payments, tasks or other information entered or identified within the platform. Such reminders are provided as a convenience. You acknowledge that: notifications may be delayed or not delivered; notifications may be incorrectly classified; dates may have been entered incorrectly; documents may contain incorrect dates; a reminder may be generated based on incomplete information; device, operating-system, browser, network or service-provider settings may prevent delivery; and third-party notification systems may experience interruptions.
You remain solely responsible for independently tracking important deadlines, renewals, payments, legal obligations and other time-sensitive matters. Failure to receive a MyLifeVault reminder should not be treated as an excuse for failing to meet a legal, financial, contractual, regulatory, insurance, tax, medical or other obligation.
Vantageflow will make reasonable efforts to maintain MyLifeVault and its associated services. However, MyLifeVault may occasionally be unavailable, interrupted, degraded or restricted because of circumstances including scheduled or emergency maintenance, software or hardware failures, network or telecommunications failures, cloud-service or third-party service outages, cybersecurity incidents, malicious attacks, force majeure events, changes in law or regulation, government restrictions, infrastructure failures, or circumstances beyond Vantageflow's reasonable control. Accordingly, Vantageflow does not guarantee that MyLifeVault will be continuously available, uninterrupted, error-free or accessible at all times.
Vantageflow will implement reasonable technical, organizational and security measures intended to protect information stored through MyLifeVault. However, no information-storage system or technology can be guaranteed to be completely immune from loss, corruption, unauthorized access, destruction, alteration or unavailability.
Users should maintain appropriate independent copies or backups of documents and information that are particularly important or legally significant. MyLifeVault should not be treated as the sole repository for an irreplaceable original document unless you have independently determined that doing so is appropriate for your circumstances. Where a document is legally required to be preserved in its original physical or prescribed electronic form, the user remains responsible for maintaining that required form.
Vantageflow takes security and protection of user information seriously and intends to implement appropriate technical, administrative and organizational safeguards. Nevertheless, no internet-connected system, cloud infrastructure, application, authentication mechanism, encryption system or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Accordingly, Vantageflow does not represent or warrant that MyLifeVault will never experience a security incident; that unauthorized access can never occur; that data transmission will always be secure; that third-party infrastructure will never be compromised; that malware or malicious activity will never affect the service; or that every security vulnerability will be discovered or eliminated immediately.
In the event of a security incident, Vantageflow will respond in accordance with applicable law and its internal incident-response procedures. Additional information concerning security and processing of personal data is provided in the MyLifeVault Privacy Policy and the Security & Responsible Disclosure Policy.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials, authentication methods, recovery mechanisms, devices and access codes. Users should use strong and unique passwords, enable available multi-factor authentication or additional security controls, protect their email and mobile accounts, secure devices used to access MyLifeVault, avoid sharing authentication credentials, promptly report suspected unauthorized access, and log out or otherwise secure access on shared or publicly accessible devices.
Vantageflow will not be responsible for unauthorized activity resulting from the user's failure to reasonably protect their account or authentication mechanisms, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
MyLifeVault may use or integrate with third-party services, platforms, APIs, cloud infrastructure, authentication providers, payment processors, communication providers, analytics providers, storage services or other technology providers. Third-party services may be subject to their own terms of service, privacy policies, security practices, availability limitations and operational policies. Vantageflow does not control third-party services and cannot guarantee their availability, security, accuracy, reliability or continued operation. Where you choose to use a third-party integration, you may be required to provide permissions or authorize the third party to access certain information. You should review the applicable terms and privacy policies of such third parties before enabling an integration.
MyLifeVault or communications from Vantageflow may contain links to websites, applications or services operated by third parties. Such links are provided for convenience and do not necessarily constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, recommendation, verification or affiliation with the relevant third party. Vantageflow is not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices, terms or actions of third-party websites or services. Your interaction with such third-party services is governed by the applicable third party's terms and policies.
Where MyLifeVault receives or displays information obtained through an authorized third-party integration or service, Vantageflow may rely on information supplied by that third party. Vantageflow does not necessarily independently verify such information. The availability, accuracy and completeness of third-party information may depend on the third party's systems, records, APIs and processes. Where appropriate, users should verify important information directly with the relevant source.
Where MyLifeVault uses artificial intelligence, machine learning, optical character recognition, automated classification, extraction, summarization or other automated technologies, the resulting output may contain errors — for example, automated systems may misread a document, extract incorrect information, misclassify information, incorrectly identify dates, omit information, generate an incomplete summary, or produce an inaccurate interpretation. Any AI-generated or automatically extracted information should therefore be treated as assistive output rather than authoritative information. Users should review important information against the underlying document or authoritative source before relying upon it.
Where MyLifeVault provides scanning, image recognition, OCR or document extraction functionality, the extracted text or structured information may contain inaccuracies. Factors such as image quality, handwriting, document formatting, language, font, image resolution, damaged documents, and unusual layouts may affect the accuracy of automated extraction. The original uploaded document should be treated as the authoritative source unless an applicable law or institution specifies otherwise.
Where MyLifeVault permits users to store, organize, calculate, summarize or track financial information, such functionality is intended for personal organization and convenience. Unless expressly stated otherwise, MyLifeVault does not provide investment advice, recommend securities, guarantee financial outcomes or returns, provide lending decisions, guarantee loan eligibility, provide insurance underwriting, guarantee insurance coverage, guarantee tax treatment, or represent that any financial information is complete or current. Users should independently verify financial information before making financial decisions.
MyLifeVault is not an emergency service. The platform should not be relied upon as the sole means of accessing information required during an emergency, medical event, accident, disaster, security incident or other urgent situation. Users should maintain appropriate alternative access to critical information and emergency contacts. MyLifeVault does not guarantee that stored information will be accessible during an emergency, including where internet connectivity, authentication, device access, electricity, telecommunications or platform availability is unavailable.
The availability of a digital copy of a document through MyLifeVault does not guarantee that the document will be accepted by government departments, courts, banks, insurers, employers, educational institutions, financial institutions, regulatory authorities, embassies or consulates, landlords, service providers, or any other organization. The requirements of the relevant authority or institution will prevail. Users are responsible for determining the format, certification, authentication, notarization, attestation, signature or submission requirements applicable to a particular document or transaction.
Your use of MyLifeVault does not create a fiduciary, trustee, attorney-client, financial-adviser-client, doctor-patient, insurance-adviser-client or other professional relationship between you and Vantageflow, except where expressly established by a separate written agreement. Vantageflow does not act as a custodian, trustee, nominee, legal representative or fiduciary for your documents, assets, property or affairs merely because information relating to them is stored on MyLifeVault.
You must not upload, access, disclose, distribute or otherwise process another person's personal information through MyLifeVault unless you have a lawful basis and, where required, appropriate authorization or consent to do so. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws when uploading or sharing information relating to family members, children or minors, employees, customers, clients, business partners, tenants, contractors, or any other third party. Vantageflow reserves the right to take appropriate action where it reasonably believes the platform is being used unlawfully or in violation of these requirements.
Unless otherwise stated, the MyLifeVault name, trademarks, logos, software, interface designs, graphics, layouts, documentation, text, source code, databases, features and other materials provided by Vantageflow are owned by or licensed to Vantageflow and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your ownership or lawful rights in documents and information that you upload are not transferred to Vantageflow merely by using MyLifeVault. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, commercially exploit or otherwise use MyLifeVault's proprietary materials except as permitted by applicable law and the MyLifeVault Terms of Use.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyLifeVault is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. Vantageflow does not make representations or warranties that MyLifeVault will meet every user's requirements, operate without interruption, be completely error-free, be available at all times, preserve every document indefinitely, prevent every possible security incident, provide uninterrupted access to stored information, or be suitable for every particular purpose. Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to exclude or limit any consumer right, statutory right, liability or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vantageflow Technologies Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates and service providers shall not be liable for losses arising solely from: inaccurate information supplied by the user; the user's failure to maintain independent backups; failure to receive a reminder or notification; reliance on an AI-generated or automatically extracted result without verification; failure of a third-party service; failure to comply with a legal or institutional document requirement; inability to access the service due to circumstances beyond Vantageflow's reasonable control; or the user's failure to maintain appropriate account or device security.
Nothing in this Disclaimer shall exclude or limit liability to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited under applicable law, including liability that cannot legally be excluded for fraud, wilful misconduct or other non-excludable circumstances.
Vantageflow shall not be responsible for delay, interruption or failure to perform its obligations to the extent caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of God, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental actions, changes in law, telecommunications or internet-infrastructure failures, cloud-infrastructure failures, cybersecurity attacks, power failures, or failures of third-party service providers.
Vantageflow may update or modify this Disclaimer from time to time to reflect changes in MyLifeVault functionality, changes in applicable law, regulatory developments, changes in business practices, changes in technology, or security and operational requirements. The revised version will be published through the applicable MyLifeVault website, application or other appropriate channel. The “Last Updated” date at the beginning of this Disclaimer will indicate when the document was most recently revised. Where applicable law requires specific notice or consent for material changes, Vantageflow will follow the applicable requirements.
If any provision of this Disclaimer is determined to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
This Disclaimer shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory consumer-protection and other statutory rights. Any disputes relating to MyLifeVault shall be subject to the dispute-resolution and jurisdiction provisions contained in the MyLifeVault Terms of Use, subject to applicable law.

In the event of a conflict between this Disclaimer and the MyLifeVault Terms of Use or Privacy Policy, the applicable document shall prevail according to the subject matter of the conflict and applicable law.
